	Broadcast Consulting BROADCAST CONSULTANT: The Education Network, and E.B.S. station owned and operated by Palm Beach County School Board. April, 2006 – November, 2007. Designed and developed infrastructure, news operations, producing, writing, and technical seminars for staff and educators. In addition, Frank has been a film educator on the high school(five years) and college levels (ten years), and on the lecture circuit for over thirty years.
